Is the right & wrong of all the factors for these two people's convergent histories have anything to do with loyalties? If we answered for ourselves, we'd see we were only talking about walking across a transcendental bridge of compassion, & that, in my case being a Jew, I see only the advantage of a mutual arising between these communities adversarial relationship...meaning I cannot answer for the violent nature of these Jews who submit to the basest human conditioning that of making fences for memorialized space...and the same goes for the Palestinians.

Greetings I am very divided about this. As a Jew I am devastated that the world feels that jews stand in unison about the tactics being used. There are other ways to negotiate this situation. There are some of the thoughts running through my mind. Two years ago Jewish settlers pulled out of the Gaza/West Bank in an effor to create more equity on the other hand, the wall was a feable attempt to create a buffer zone between the two communiites. There is a serios lack of understanding and insight on both ends around each others communities. There is alot of racism and classism happening between the two communities. I think if there was a bit mroe economic equity there would be less of a contentios situation.

The bottom line also is that Hamas does not acknowledge Israel as a viable country--its hard to argue with this line of reasoning.

I think we should empower the women on both sides to take leadership roles in this situation-mothers, aunts, grandmothers.
